Innocent? - Silent Murder (Feat. Sean Price & Ruste Juxx)

There's no doubt about it that Brooklyn births some of the most stone cold characters in our nation's history. From Bugsy Siegel to Biggie, Brooklynites never back down from any challenge, even it it involves making enemies in the process. But through the lyrically poised Innocent?, scrappy spitter Ruste Juxx, and raw rhymes of Sean Price, "Silent Murder" gives you an insight of the inner workings of Crooklyn. Devoid of hooks and over produced beats, it's a potent, choir sampling joint that's full of bars detailing the trio's hustle and love for their borough. "Silent Murder" is taken from T.H.E.M. Recordings forthcoming 'Killin' the Game' compilation.. stay tuned!

Mic Handz - Don't Get Stomped (Feat. Fame of M.O.P)

With the city on his back and the crowd chanting his name, a hero must rise to the occasion. But when it's time to put your guns up, Brooklyn spitter Mic Handz understands that sometimes fists are the best means of communication. A rowdy club anthem that plays out like the real life version of Def Jam: Fight for NY, "Don't Get Stomped" is the no holds barred smack down that we desperately need, especially in a time of new age R&B and soft rappers. As Handz plays the undisputed champion and Fame drops rhymes that pick up from where the legendary Rakim left off, we're treated to shots of some of BK's finest doing their thing in an undisclosed, underground location. You may wanna hit the rewind on this one a couple times and see if you can find all the cameos. "Don't Get Stomped" will be released on the upcoming 'Killin' The Game' compilation from T.H.E.M Records. Somebody tell Apollo Creed to ring the bell and get this party started.

The winner of last year's Los Angeles Music Awards for Best Hip-Hop Artist, Jonezen has just been nominated for Hip Hop Artist and Solo Performer of the Year for this year's awards. Told by doctors after an arrest that he may not live another year due to excessive drinking, Jonezen refused to go to rehab unless he could bring his recording studio. He found a treatment center in Los Angeles that would let him do just that and upon entering he began working on Live From Rehab. After leaving treatment Jonezen landed a distribution deal with Famous Records/ Fontana/ Universal. Jonezen just performed live on Janice Dickinson's talk show Janice TV, and also shot a role performing one of his songs in the upcoming movie Buddy Hutchins starring Jamie Kennedy. Regarding "Bombs Away" Jonezen says "This was one of the last songs I did for the album and I knew after hearing the beat that I wanted this track to drop first. Keeping all that in mind I told D'Meetri to think 'making a statement' and that's what I think we did with the song. Bombs away… we're going in. Get ready for the rest of the album". Regarding Beautiful Disaster, JenniferAnn VersaStyle of Detroit Rock 'N Roll recently said "...with no holding back on lessons learned, Jonezen takes his audience on a lyrical journey about the 'grind and the game'"

Born Allah and ERule made their names in Los Angeles' Project Blowed/Good Life freestyle rap scene documented in the 2008 documentary This Is The Life (which features Born Allah) which also spawned the likes of Freestyle Fellowship and Jurassic 5. A regular on Sway & Tech's Wake Up Show (click to watch Born Allah on the Wake Up Show), Born Allah wrote and recorded the theme to their open mic segment of the "11 O'Clock Battles" show, was a regular on the L.A. battle scene, and even penned a song for pop group New Kids On The Block at age 14 (click to stream "Are You Down"). ERule made the cover of Rap Pages in 1994 on the strength of his Pallas Records single "Listen Up/Synopsis" (click to watch the video), and has worked with Ice-T, Mykill Miers and Myka 9 of Freestyle Fellowship. "The term 'Dub Fritterz' comes from a dish from Belize called a conch fritter," says Born Allah. "We got the idea because Blaq Suga is from L.A. by way of Belize. So we replaced the Conch with the Dub, which is short for the letter W (West coast)." Born Allah's most recent prior release is "F**k Your Favorite Rapper Pt. 2"

In 2011 Soulspazm Records released Fong's album A Soldier's Story (click for info) which featured Raheem DeVaughn and Res. "When I wrote 'Bad Guy' I was saying I'll do what I have to do to survive without changing who I am," says Fong. "I'm from Washington D.C. so I want y'all to see the lyrical side, not just the street side. The whole world got kilos if you let some of these rappers tell it. These corporations are money to me, not a car or chain." Ballads Of A Massacre is set for a late spring release.
