TI2 is the followup to the 2009 Money Maker/EMI release Terminal Illness, which featured Sean Price as well as UK artists C Mone and Triple Darkness, and received radio play from DJ Premier. In 2010 Duck Down Records released Adamantine, Endemic's collaboration record with Ruste Juxx which featured General Steele of Smif N Wessun and Ill Bill. "He actually wanted to do the whole song and use it for his next album but I loved the beat and wanted it for TI2. It has that kind of vibe, we then confirmed Ruste & Afu to get on there and you have a potential NYC classic joint!" Regarding Endemic, Tragedy says “Endemic is more than a beat maker or producer; he actually understands how to marry an MC to his sound, that’s more than hip hop – that profound!” Terminal Illness 2 drops November 26 on No Cure Records.
